To apply for a position, please follow these steps:
1. Download the application and availability files. The application is a Microsoft Word document, and the availability form is a Microsoft Excel worksheet.
2. Rename each file with your Capital e-mail username. So if your Capital e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org, then the application file should be named jsmith.doc and the availability file should be named jsmith.xls.
3. Complete each file according to the instructions in the file.
