Here are some photos that didn't really fit into the story...

This ride is an Eyerly Sidewinder, an updated version of the Roll-O-Plane. Below, you can see the more angular tub design. For comparison, Oaks Park has a Roll-O-Plane.[Eyerly Sidewinder]

[Rock-O-Plane]This one is an Eyerly Rock-O-Plane. It's kind of like a Ferris wheel, but by pulling a handle inside the tub, the riders can fix the tub orientation relative to the tub spindle. The practical upshot of this is that if the rider pulls the handle at the bottom of the wheel rotation, the tub will be completely upside-down when it gets around to the top.
What's wrong here?
Thrill-Ville USA also has a full-size 16-tub Eyerly Octopus. Note the straight sweeps, not to mention the metal tubs, that distinguish this ride from a Spider. [Octopus; Tilt-A-Whirl in the background.]

[Paratrooper] Thrill-Ville USA is located just a few miles South of Salem, Oregon, so it makes sense that Salem's ride manufacturers would be represented here. Across the road from the Ripper is this Hrubetz Paratrooper. I have been told that it wasn't always a Paratrooper but that it was originally a Hrubetz Spitfire, which had little airplanes instead of the 'parachute' seats. I don't know whether that is true or not, but I do know that of all the Paratroopers I have ridden, this is the only one with this bevel-gear main drive.

"I didn't actually ride the train, but I did get a photo of the locomotive. It's stamped "Miniature Train Corp."[Train]
These last three photos are of a ride which is not a Thrill-Ville USA attraction. It's a prototype of something called a Hyper-Winder, an eight-passenger version of the Gravity Works! Skyscraper. It's currently under construction. It will be impressive if the manufacturer ever gets it finished.
